Low Voltage Micro Power Operational Amplifiers
Low Voltage, Low Power Op Amp is an operational amplifier optimized for low voltage power supply and extremely low static power consumption.


Features:
1. Extremely low static current (Iq)
    Single channel current as low as 1 µ A~60 µ A (e.g. SGM8049: 2.5 µ A; TLV9001: 60 µ A).
    The standby/off mode can be reduced to<1 µ A, significantly extending battery life.
2. Extremely low noise characteristics
    Single power supply: 1.8V~5.5V (covering 3.7V lithium battery, 3V button, 5V system).
    Dual power supply: ± 0.9V~± 2.75V.
3. Rail to Rail Input/Output (RRIO)
    Input common mode range close to/including ground; The output swing almost reaches V ⁻ to V ⁺.
    Maintain maximum signal dynamic range at low voltage.
4. Low noise, low imbalance
    Noise:~20~30 nV/√ Hz (1kHz).
    Misalignment voltage: ± 0.4mV~± 1mV (chopper stabilized zero type can reach µ V level).
5. Miniaturization packaging
    SC70-5, SOT-23-5, X2SON, DFN, etc. (minimum 1.25mm × 2.0mm).
6. High stability and anti-interference
    Stable unit gain, built-in EMI/RFI filter.
    Wide temperature range: -40 ℃~+125 ℃.
