High Voltage General Operational Comparator
High voltage universal comparator is an analog integrated circuit that can operate in a wide voltage range (usually 2.5V~36V), compare analog input signals with thresholds, and output digital levels. Its core is used for voltage monitoring, threshold judgment, and system protection.

Features:
1. Wide working voltage
Single power supply 2.5V-36V, compatible with industrial 24V and automotive 12V systems
The input common mode range can include ground (GND), directly detecting low-level signals
2. Open leakage/open set output (mainstream)
Output can be wired or, level converted, directly driven optocoupler/MOSFET
    External pull-up resistor (1k Ω -10k Ω) is required
3. Low power consumption and low offset
    Static current 100 μ A~1mA/channel
Input offset voltage of 0.6mV~2mV (typical), high accuracy
4. Response speed
    Universal type: 1.3 μ s (typical)
    High speed type: 180ns~5 μ s
5. Industrial grade reliability
    Temperature: -40 ℃~+125 ℃
Strong anti-interference ability, suitable for industrial/automotive environments

Applications:
1. Voltage/current monitoring (overvoltage/undervoltage/overcurrent protection)
Industrial power supply, battery management, servers, frequency converters
    Sampling resistor → comparator → trigger shutdown/alarm
2. Sensor signal interpretation
    Temperature/pressure/proximity sensor (4-20mA/0-5V) → threshold judgment → digital output
3. Level conversion and logic interface
Open leakage output achieves 3.3V/5V/12V/24V logic compatibility
4. Motor/power control
Brushless motor commutation, overcurrent protection, PWM signal generation
5. Zero crossing detection, oscillator, peak detection
Zero crossing communication, square wave generation, signal peak capture
6. Industrial/Automotive/Robotics
Factory automation, power tools, robotic vacuum cleaners, building automation
