Epoxy Ceramic Gas Discharge Tube
Epoxy encapsulated ceramic gas discharge tube (eGDT) is an improved surge protection device based on traditional ceramic gas discharge tube (GDT) with an external epoxy resin sealing layer, which combines high reliability and strong environmental adaptability.


Features:
1. Strong protective capability
    Datong current: Under standard 8/20 μ s waveform, the current carrying capacity is usually 5kA~20kA, which can discharge strong lightning surge.
    Low parasitic capacitance: The inter electrode capacitance is usually<1~2pF, which does not interfere with high-speed signal transmission.
    High insulation resistance: Normal insulation resistance>1G Ω, leakage current can be ignored.
    Wide voltage range: DC breakdown voltage covers 75V~6000V.
