Box Header Connector
Box head connector is a simplified version of IDC (Insulated Displacement Connection) board to board/wire to board connector, mainly used for transmitting control signals and weak currents.

Features:
1. Compact structure and low cost
No complex buckles, compact size, saving PCB space.
Simple structure, high cost-effectiveness, suitable for large-scale production.
2. Easy installation and strong universality
Supports both SMT and DIP soldering processes, compatible with automatic surface mount machines.
Paired with standard IDC cables, it is easy to plug and unplug, facilitating equipment assembly and maintenance.
3. Stable performance, foolproof design
The terminals are mostly made of phosphor bronze/brass, with gold or tin plating on the surface, which has good conductivity and oxidation resistance.
Built in anti misoperation slot to prevent reverse or incorrect insertion.
Wide working temperature range (-40 ℃~+105 ℃), suitable for various environments.
4. Reliable signal transmission
Specially designed for control signals, low rate data, and weak current transmission.

Applications:
1. Computer and Consumer Electronics
The connection between the motherboard and the hard drive, optical drive, and front panel (switch/LED/USB).
Connect the LCD/LED driver board to the motherboard.
Internal module connections for printers, scanners, and digital cameras.
2. Industrial control
PLC、 Inverter and sensor signal interface.
Internal wiring of industrial automation equipment and CNC machine tools.
3. Communication and network equipment
Internal board connections of routers, switches, and base stations.
4. Automotive Electronics
Low voltage signal connections for car audio, navigation, dashboard, etc.
5. Other
Medical instruments, home appliances (air conditioners, refrigerators) control panels, security equipment.
Development board and maker project, used for quickly building circuits.
