Wafer Connector
Wafer connectors (also known as needle sockets or board end bases) are the core board end components of wire to board (WTB) or board to board (B2B) connector systems. It is directly soldered onto the PCB circuit board and used in conjunction with the wire end housing to achieve stable electrical connection between the circuit board and external wiring harnesses or another PCB.

Features:
1. Miniaturization and High Density
Extremely small spacing (up to 0.6mm), flat design, saving 40%~50% PCB space.
Supports high-density connections with single/double rows and up to tens of cores.
2. Excellent electrical performance
Low contact resistance (1-20m Ω), stable signal transmission.
Rated current 1A~30A, suitable for power supply and signal transmission.
3. High reliability
The material has a wide temperature resistance range (-40 ℃~125 ℃).
Equipped with anti misoperation polarity, locking structure, earthquake resistance and anti loosening.
The insertion and removal lifespan is usually ≥ 500 times.
4. Efficient assembly
SMT type supports automated reflow soldering, while DIP type is convenient for manual soldering.
Wire end crimping, no need for welding, simplifies assembly process.

Applications:
1. Consumer electronics
Smartphones and tablets: Connect the motherboard to the screen, battery, and camera module.
Notebook and smartwatch: Signal and power connections between internal modules.
2. Automotive Electronics
Power control system (ECU), sensors, battery management system (BMS).
Interior electronics such as car audio and video, dashboard, etc.
3. industrial control
    PLC、 Servo drives, industrial robots.
The connection between the frequency converter, sensors, and control board.
4. Communication and Medical
Network devices such as routers and switches.
Precision medical instruments such as monitors and diagnostic equipment.
