Automotive Grade Resistor
Automotive Grade Resistors are high reliability resistors designed specifically for automotive electronic environments and certified by AEC-Q200. Their core features include extreme temperature stability, vibration resistance, moisture and heat resistance, and long lifespan. They are widely used in safety and control systems for fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles.

Applications:
1. New energy vehicle three electric system (core)
    BMS (Battery Management System)
Current sampling: alloy shunt resistance monitoring for charging and discharging current
Pre charge/discharge: high-power resistor limits power on impact
Voltage division: High voltage battery pack voltage detection
    Motor Controller (MCU)
Inverter current sampling and overcurrent protection
Drive circuit current limiting and damping
    Vehicle power supply (OBC/DC-DC)
High voltage division, surge absorption, soft start current limiting
2. Chassis and safety system
ABS/ESP/Electronic Brake: Current Sampling, Pressure/Temperature Signal Conditioning
Electronic power steering (EPS): motor current feedback, torque sensor signal processing
Safety airbag (SRS): precision triggering, diagnostic circuit
3. Body and Comfort Electronics
Car lights: LED current limiting, brightness adjustment
Air conditioning/heating: PTC control, temperature sampling
Wiper, door lock, car window: drive circuit, position signal conditioning
4. Engine and traditional cars
ECU: signal voltage division, pull-up/pull-down, filtering
    Oxygen sensor/knock sensor: signal conditioning
Ignition/injection: flow restriction, time constant setting
5. Intelligent driving (ADAS)
