Thin Film Chip Resistor
Thin Film Chip Resistors are precision resistors made by depositing metal or alloy resistive thin films (usually<1 micron in thickness) on high-purity ceramic substrates through thin film processes such as vacuum sputtering and evaporation, and then photolithography, laser resistance tuning, passivation, and polarization packaging.


Features:
1. High precision: tolerance ± 0.01%~± 1% (far exceeding thick film)
2. Low temperature coefficient (TCR): ± 1~± 50 ppm/℃ (minimal temperature drift)
3. Low noise, good high-frequency characteristics
4. High stability: Small long-term aging drift
