Chip Inductor
Chip inductor is a surface mount (SMD) passive electronic component with the core function of "passing DC and blocking AC", widely used in power and RF circuits of modern electronic products.

Features:
1. Miniaturization and thinning: suitable for high-density PCBs and portable devices.
2. Surface Mount Device (SMD): Suitable for automated production and securely soldered.
3. Low DC resistance (DCR): Low conduction loss and high efficiency.
4. High energy storage density: small volume achieves high sensitivity and high current.
5. Excellent frequency characteristics: stable high-frequency impedance, high Q value (low loss).
6. Shielded/unshielded options: Shielded type can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference (EMI).

Applications:
1. Power management circuit (Power)
DC-DC converter (fast charging for mobile phones, laptop power supply): As an energy storage inductor, it achieves buck boost conversion.
Power filtering/choke: Smooth voltage ripple and suppress noise.
2. Radio frequency and wireless communication (RF/Wireless)
Mobile phone, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS module: used for impedance matching, LC resonance, signal filtering.
VCO (voltage controlled oscillator), TCXO (temperature compensated crystal oscillator): provide stable frequency.
3. Signal processing and EMI suppression
High speed digital circuits (CPU, DDR memory): power decoupling, suppression of high-frequency noise.
Audio circuit: Smooth current to prevent LED/speaker flickering or noise.
4. Other fields
Automotive electronics: ADAS, onboard power supply, infotainment systems.
Industrial control: sensors PLC、 Servo drive.
Consumer electronics: tablets, TWS earphones, smartwatches.
